Refunds
Due to the nature of our on-line, automated ordering system,all documents
procured have to be paid for 'upfront'. Once an order is processed,a
request simultaneously is sent out to the necessary suppliers. Therefore
No Refund will be issued on documents already obtained.
Re-Instatement Fee
If we have been instructed to cancel an already processed order, then
subsequently instructed to re-instate the same Home Information Pack
a fee will be charged accordingly.
