HIP National has been set up to handle the entire Home Information Pack process for anyone involved in the selling or renting of a property in England and Wales.

HIPs:

If you require a Home Information Pack for the sale of a property simply fill out our online ordering form on the home page and follow the instructions. Payment can be made on our secure site using most debit or credit cards. If you would prefer to talk to a member of our HIP team then simply call us on 020 7792 4366 between 09.00 and 18.00 Monday to Friday.

Once payment has been made we will contact you for an appointment to carry out an Energy Perfomance certificate.

You will be able to check the status of the pack at any time through our customer service team .Once the Home Information Pack is ready, we will contact you and provide you with the final copy.

EPC's:

We also offer a EPC (Energy Perfomance Certificate) only option for the sales and rental market. For booking an EPC simply call us on 020 7792 4366 and ask one of our team about charges and times.
