HIP National is an independent specialist provider of Home Information Packs (HIPs) and Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) for private Vendors, landlords and property professionals involved in the selling or renting of property within the UK. Our aim is to facilitate the selling / renting process by providing an innovative and simple tool to produce HIPs and EPCs allowing the property to be marketed as swiftly and efficiently as possible. HIP National are members of AHIPP and are full members of the HIP Code.
